2008-09-17 | High Tea between the Mountain and the Sea

A succesful Global Bits Cape Town High Tea was held on the 17th of September 2008. Our venue was the Conservatory of the distinguished Mount Nelson Hotel with the adventurous, fun Cape Town team. A main outcome of the event was that we re-embraced the fact that Global Bits Thuta had started in Cape Town whilst also stressing the Global Bits Vision, Mission and Values. There was a beautiful display of delectable eats as well as weird and wonderful teas - the strangest being the Gunpowder Tea! The green gardens were a favourite along with the fluffy yellow ducklings following their parents...

2008-09-01 | Jacarandas High on High Tea!

A succesful Global Bits Gauteng High Tea was held on the 1st of September 2008. The aim was to enjoy a beautiful day out in the country, in good company with the focus on re-establishing the Global Bits Vision, Mission and Values. The event was held at Irene Dairy Farm in Centurion and was decorated with various milk jugs, green organza ribbon and blue, white and pink roses and flowers. The paired silver and glass High Tea platters provided a scrumptious selection of sweet and savoury eats - some even had glitter on them! The best drink of the day was most certainly the Original Chai Latte!

2008-05-13 | Graduation Ceremony

On 13 May 2008 our first group of 12 interns graduated successfully. As an education institution we are very proud of this achievement, as 10 out of the 12 interns qualified with their OCP (Oracle Certified Professional) certification and these 10 graduates were offered permanent employment with their workplace providers.
