Training Solutions:

Public Events

Public events are open for delegates from multiple organizations and private individuals. Costing is a standard amount per course per delegate. The event will be scheduled for a specific location and is open for the public to attend.

Private Events

Private events are scheduled for one specific organization only. Benefits include a fixed price per day of training and a maximum of 16 delegates may attend such an event, without the cost increasing. Customers with 6 or more delegates are normally advised to opt for a private event.

Example: (Based on 6 students and a 5 day course, assuming a public course is R11 000 and a private event is R12 500 per day)

BootCamps, Customized and End User Training

Are your organizations finding it more challenging allowing all your staff to be away from the office on training for 5 days at a time? Global Bits THUTA introduces the BootCamp, Customized and End User Training concepts.

This works especially well for Financials End User training. We would take the most popular modules, i.e. General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Assets, Purchasing, etc and schedule a 20-day Bootcamp.

Over the 20 days, delegates come and go, as they only attend the modules which are applicable to them, therefore keeping them out of the office minimally.

The BootCamp concept can also be done for Technology training, as well as customization training, where an organization only want certain topics covered in a course. The duration of the standard course is then adjusted accordingly.

Exam Vouchers

Vouchers for Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) qualification can be obtained from Global Bits THUTA. Delegates must book and write the exam with any Sylvan Prometric Testing Centre.

Self-Study

1. Delegates can purchase a CD and do self-study at their own pace.
2. Or delegates can purchase an online subscription for a year and study from the Oracle Online Site, accessing the site with a username and password.

Learning Credits

A Learning Credit is a Pre-Paid Agreement by which an Organization purchases training days, which is valid for a period of 1 year and based on a sliding scale, a customer then qualifies for a discount.

Room Rental

Global Bits Software has 3 meeting rooms available for rental as follows : 1 x 8-Seater 2 x 6-Seaters

Meeting rooms are all equipped with a Whiteboard and Flipchart. A Barco Projector may also be rented at an additional cost.
